Teen Outreach Program
Breathe Youth Empowerment has partnered with Fact Forward to deliver Wyman’s Teen Outreach Program which focuses on building social-emotional skills, developing a positive sense of self, and making a difference in the community while building on important skills, learning about themselves, and engaging in the community.

Wyman’s Teen Outreach Program is a nationally-recognized, evidence-based program empowering teens with the tools and opportunities to build social-emotional skills, strengthen relationships, and avoid risky behaviors.

Through interactive lessons youth become prepared to navigate life’s challenges through their teenage years – and beyond – and to make a difference in their communities.

This program has been designed for youth in grades 6-12. This program will take place virtually and in-person during a 1 hour meeting once per week. A community service project is required to be completed at the conclusion of the program.
